Hopefully River Spirit will iron out the inefficiencies and make the concession experience a good one. The people working have too much conversation with the patrons and the process becomes quite slow. The supervisor is behind the counter and in the way of people that are working. There are two reasons that I saw for the slowness.
As a comparison, you wait less time at the BOK Center at any of their concession areas than what you do here. One other thing that was nice – they do not use as much fog as what the hard Rock does for their concerts.Ībout the concessions – you should arrive in the venue at least 30 minutes before the show if you would like concessions. The venue is nice and seems to hold more people than The Joint at the Hard Rock. Once at our seats, Peter Frampton put on a great show. We stood in line for about 15 minutes to get a drink and the popcorn. We stood in line for around 10 minutes to enter Paradise Cove.
